Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Exchange

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The size received is incorrect.

Refund

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable.
  • A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Important

For hygiene reasons, worn, washed, or used intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect.
